GT Arcade is a business name of Vorteccia Pty Ltd (ABN 20 697 376 775) (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through gtarcade.com.au. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our website we collect the details you give us: your name, email address and, if you provide them, your phone number, venue or company name, the type of enquiry and your message. We also receive basic technical information, such as your IP address, which our server uses to prevent spam.
If you call or email us, we keep the details you give us so we can reply.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo or site visit and prepare a proposal.
- To provide and support The Paddock if you become a customer.
- To understand how people find and use our website and to measure our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to, and you can opt out of any marketing at any time.
Cookies and advertising
Our website uses the Google tag for Google Ads. Google may set cookies or use similar technology to tell us when someone who clicked one of our ads goes on to send an enquiry, call or email us, and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. This information is collected and processed by Google under its own privacy policy. You can manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com and block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
If you play the video on our site, it loads from YouTube (a Google service) in privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube’s terms and privacy policy apply.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website and email hosting providers and Google (for advertising measurement), or where the law requires it. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia.
Keeping it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing hello@gtarcade.com.au or calling 0401 888 069. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
